Whisk(e)y Spirited Tasting @ The Jealous Monk - 5:00PM on 11/10

At this whiskey & cocktail tasting with paired heavy hors d'oeuvres we’ll be exploring all that grain has to offer - guests will be given the opportunity to try some of the best examples of each style that makes up the broader Whiskey category: Bourbon, Rye, Scotch, Irish Whiskey, Japanese Whiskey, American Single Malt etc.  Attendees can compare and contrast while gaining a greater understanding of how grain, production method, heritage, age and more affect these spirits.

The tasting section of the evening is followed by the panel discussion of all things grain with Oscar Simoza Miszlai of The Wig Shop in Boston and King Cocktail Dale DeGroff alongside Finneas Pryor, Distiller at Veritable Distillery; Leslie Merinoff-Kwasnieski, Partner & Distiller at Matchbook Distilling; Alan Brinton, Founder of South County Distillers & Grey Sail Brewing; and JC Tetreault Founder of Trillium Brewing & Distilling.
